Do participants need an account?: No. You send one link and they sort the cards in their browser. Nothing to install, no sign-up for them.
How many participants do I need?: For an open card sort, 15 to 30 people is enough to see clear grouping patterns.
What happens at the free limit?: Free covers 3 studies with unlimited participants. Your data never expires, and you only pay when you want full analytics on a study.
Can I export my data?: Yes. Full analytics (on a $15 unlock or Starter) includes CSV export of every response.
