Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be billed prorated amounts.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Starter?
Your existing surveys, interviews, competitor entries, and findings stay accessible — but you can't create new ones until you upgrade again. Card sorts and tree tests work normally on Starter.
Do existing $19 Pro subscribers lose features?
No. If you're already paying $19/mo for Pro, your rate is locked in and you keep every Pro feature for as long as your subscription stays active. New $19 buyers get Starter; existing $19 subscribers stay on grandfathered Pro.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing is roughly 30% off across every paid tier — Starter $160/yr, Pro $399/yr, Team $1,200–$1,600/yr.
Can I try Pro features before committing?
Free includes 3 studies (card sorts and tree tests) so you can use the platform before paying. The first 3 respondents on any study give you an analytics preview. Upgrade to Starter for full analytics + AI on unlimited studies, or to Pro to unlock surveys/interviews/reports.
How does Team's seat count work?
Two flat-rate Team SKUs: 3 seats for $149/mo or 5 seats for $199/mo. The workspace owner invites teammates by email. To go from 3 → 5 seats, change your subscription in billing settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from account settings. No fees. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
Are there discounts for educators or students?
Yes — sign up with a .edu email and we automatically apply our education discount. We also have institution-level Education packs (10/25/50 seats) at /education.
